Free Consultation

I will meet with each prospective client and their partner and go over what you are needing in your doula. Everyone is a little different and that's ok! After the initial meeting we will stay in contact and make sure you are well prepared.
Phone & Email Support
I am available whenever you need me via phone and email and will reply within 24 hours at the most! Of course as your due date comes closer we will be touching base more often as well.
Postpartum Support

My postpartum services provide care for the new parents as well as caring for the infant and some light housework such as laundry, dishes, etc which can all be negotiated. Meal prep is also a service I can provide for an additional fee.

as your birth doula 1 postpartum visit is included but I also do additional work at an hourly rate.

Even if I wasn't there for your birth experience I definitely am still available for postpartum clients. I work overnights and some daytime availability for postpartum clients.

No matter how you see your labor progressing whether unmedicated physiological birth, medicated with epidural, or Cesearen Belly Birth there are a lot of options, decisions, and choices to make and I can make sure you have the confidence and all the evidence based information you need to make those decisions.

I can also show you some hands on techniques for you and/or your partner to manage the labor process.

Prenatal Visits
We will have at least 2 prenatal visits included with the labor doula package. We will talk in great detail about any questions or concerns you have as well as what you hope your labor to look like.

More prenatal visits can also be added as needed.
Labor Doula
I am trained in comfort techniques as well as spiritual and emotional support. Whether you want an all natural non-medicated birth or you are scheduling a C section I can be there for you.
I meet you several times prentally, attend the birth, and meet you for a postpartum check in.

Baby’s Feeding Support
​
I was a breastfeeding mother myself and have experience with some great support techniques for breastfeeding. I am working on a long term goal to become certified for breastfeeding support.
​
If you chose to bottle feed your baby I can of course help you with that as well and make suggestions that will make feeding time a great bonding experience for everyone involved.
